With thoughtful density and by building smaller on average, we can achieve rents and sales prices that are 60% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) naturally.

Unlike traditional approaches that build single homes on large lots or large apartment complexes, we specialize in everything in between. Our diverse range of housing options includes duplexes, triplexes, small apartment buildings, and cottage courtyard homes. By increasing density and maximizing land usage, we provide sustainable solutions that address the evolving needs of our communities.
